Information you submit
Contact forms collect your name, email address, inquiry type, subject, and message. Help requests collect contact details, location, and information about your situation, including livestock counts when provided. Volunteer applications collect contact details, selected roles, optional skills, and agreement responses.
These details support communication, relief coordination, and volunteer review. Form submissions are not published on the website; authorized administrators can review them. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, or information that is not needed for your request.
Website services
The website uses Replit hosting, a database and file storage, and Clerk for administrator sign-in. Service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details needed to operate and protect the site. Security counters help limit automated or repeated submissions.
Google Fonts, disaster-map services, and embedded YouTube videos may receive technical information when those resources load. Donation, volunteer, and social-media links lead to other services with their own privacy practices. If optional site analytics are enabled, the site's analytics code excludes administrator and sign-in pages and does not send form contents as event data.
